Shrimp Feta

1 pkg orzo pasta
3 lbs shrimp, peeled & deveined
3/4lb Feta cheese, crumbled
1 small onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, chopped
1 tablespoon oregeno 
1 large can crushed tomatoes
3/4 cup sherry

Combine last 5 ingredients for sauce and simmer for one hour. Spread shrimp in a single layer in shallow ovenproof dish. Cover with warm tomato sauce. Sprinkle with feta. Cook in 450 degree oven until shrimp are done. It doesn't take long. Serve with French bread or over orzo type pasta.
