Scallion Roll Ups

one 4 1/2oz jar dried beef
one 8oz package cream cheese softened
2 dozen scallions, cleaned & trimmed to approx 4 inches


Gently spread beef with cream cheese. Place scallion to one side on top of the cream cheese and roll up. Dap with cream cheese {if needed} to seal. Serve.
