Joyce's Taco Melts

1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
3/4 cup water
1 jar chunky salsa
1 lb lean ground beef
1 can refrigerated biscuits
1 cup shredded Mexican blend
sour cream for dipping 

Combine taco seasoning, water, 1/2 cup salsa and cooked ground beef; cook until thickened.

Press each biscuit into 6"-round circle. Fill each with taco mixture and a finger full of cheese.

Fold dough over and press to seal. Place onto greased sheet and bake at 350 for 9-14 mins.

Serve with salsa and sour cream.
