Pickled Eggs

2 tbsp mustard
2 cups vinegar 
1/2 cup water
1 cup sugar
1 tbsp salt 
1 tbsp celery seed
1 tbsp mustard seed
6 whole cloves
2 med onions sliced
12 hard boiled eggs


In a saucepan  blend all ingredients except onions and eggs. Simmer 10 minutes and cool. Pour over eggs and onions, cover, refrigerate overnight.
