Almond Bark Peanut Butter Crackers

Sandwhich two Ritz crackers together with generous amount of peanut butter. Press together so peanut butter spreads to edge. Using fork, dip into melted Almond Bark to coat. Place on waz paper to harden. We usually just drop cookie in bowl flip over with fork. I find it easier that way.
Saucepan melting: Place desired amount in saucepan. Melt over very low heat about 8 minutes, stirring until smooth.
